Chess Club

We meet everyday in the West Building 3rd Floor by the Escaltors.

We invite everyone of all skill levels, from beginners to Grand Masters to scandinavian players 👀, to join our club. We are offering a welcoming and social group to meet and learn about chess. We will be hosting tournaments and seminars for beginners to learn about chess. You can find information about our event below and communicated with our club members via discord.

Hunter College Chess Club will be hosting the 3rd Chess Tournament. The tournament is open to all skill levels. It will be 4 week long event were a match will be held once a week. You will have a week to prepare and challenge your opponent. Standings will be posted on the website with first place being given a special prize 🏆 Time Format and standings will be announce later.
